I was an art director working in Advertising. It seemed that every
job I got was urgent. I was often
visited by Account executives to check on progress and, because their
client was the most important to the agency, to make sure it was their
job I was working on and not some other AE's. Often, myself and other
creatives worked into the small hours of the morning while our AE's
were out at night clubs, restaurants or home in bed.
